NEXORA Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NEXORA platform, services, courses, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Student Accounts & Course Access

Enrolling in a paid or free course grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the course content for your personal learning. Sharing accounts or redistributing copyrighted video materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Instructor Standards & Royalties

Instructors retain copyright in the proprietary curriculum they author and agree to license it to NEXORA. Royalties are calculated on net transaction receipts and disbursed through verified Razorpay payout accounts.

4. Payments & Razorpay Gateway

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) using Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. Course pricing, coupons, and discounts are governed by server-side verification.
